Is there a standard charge for shipping? Do you ship internationally?
Shipping costs are dependent on weight and delivery speed, and are subject to change. STRIVERS is only able to ship within the continental United States at this time.
Do you provide tracking numbers for online orders?
Delivery tracking numbers will be provided in your confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking number, please call the Springfield store to retrieve FedEx tracking information.
What’s the return/exchange policy?
Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 21 days from the original date of purchase or from the date the item was shipped if purchases online. All in-store purchases must be returned with the original receipt. Refunds or exchanges without original receipt will not be accepted.
Online orders must be returned with the receipt or order confirmation email. Refunds or exchanges without original documents will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
Worn footwear, sale merchandise, discounted merchandise, undergarments, swimwear, headphones, clearance items and gift cards are all final sale and cannot be returned nor exchanged unless where required by law.
